A terrifying video has emerged of school students clinging to the outside of a moving school bus as it races through streets of northern India.<br /><br />The video, which surfaced on September 13, was shot in Muzaffarnagar district in Uttar Pradesh state.<br /><br />Footage shows dozens of students holding on to the back and roof of the moving vehicle.<br /><br />After seeing the clip, state police confiscated the but and opened and investigation into the owner and the driver.<br /><br />++CLIENTS PLEASE NOTE: THIS VIDEO HAS BEEN LOOPED++
