Hundreds of demonstrators marched through central London on Saturday to call for greater rights for transexual people.<br /><br />Activists were calling for, among other things, better health care for trans people and a crackdown on transphobic hate crimes.<br /><br />A third of transgender people report being discriminated against in public in the last year because of their identity, according to a Stonewall survey.
