태국, 스페인 푹우와 홍수로사망자, 이재민 발생<br /><br />More than 23-thousand people have been evacuated in Thailand as extreme rain continues to batter the northeast of the country.<br />Torrential rain over the past two weeks has caused mudslides and flooded homes and roads.<br />Authorities say 32 people have been killed amid the flooding since late August.<br />Heavy rain in southern Spain has also left at least six people dead and over thirty-five hundred displaced from their homes. <br />Thousands of people have been affected by the record rainfall over the coastal areas last week,... which has flooded roads and tunnels,... and swept away cars on the streets.<br />Airports, rail lines and major roads have been closed.<br />Police and emergency workers are helping those in need, with 15-hundred soldiers also involved in rescue efforts. <br />
