Malaysiakini editor-in-chief Steven Gan said that the media today is producing some of the best journalism partly due to technology.<br /><br />He said technology can be used to find patterns in data and to tell stories better through the use of graphics, animation and video.<br /><br />He was speaking at a forum titled 'Who's Killing Malaysian Media?' organised by the Malaysian Institute for Debate and Public Speaking.<br />
