The Government Railway Police (GRP) at Guwahati Railway Station seized around 5 kg suspected Ganja worth Rs 40,000 from Rajdhani Express and apprehended one person at around 7 am today from platform no 1.<br /><br />The apprehended person was identified as Bhaskar Baruah (23) from Kenedi Park under Mariani Police Station in Jorhat. <br /><br />Notably, the patrolling team of GRP unit at Guwahati Railway Station recovered the suspected Ganja from Bhaskar during the checking of the stationary Rajdhani Express (12423). <br /><br />Legal formalities will be initiated and action will be taken against the apprehended person, informed the GRP officials.<br /><br /><br /><br />
