A man allegedly killed his wife by choking her neck under the influence of alcohol and later committed suicide at No. 2 Kumsung Tea Estate under Kakopathar Police Station.<br /><br />Local people also claimed that the couple was running in a bad phase of life. Sources also informed that every night, husband Biswajit Patar use to physically assault his wife under the influence of alcohol. <br /><br />Reports also claimed that Biswajit killed his previous wife with a sharp machete. <br /><br />Meanwhile, police had sent both the bodies to Tinsukia Civil Hospital for post mortem.
