It was a historical day for the people in Seberang Perai as the municipality attained city status on Malaysia Day.<br /><br />First ever Seberang Prai City Council (MBSP) mayor Datuk Rozali Mohamud announced five incentives as an appreciation to the people of Seberang Prai who were instrumental in the elevation.
