The Seoul Central District Court issued an arrest warrant late Monday for a relative of Justice Minister Cho Kuk over allegations of the Cho family's suspicious investments into a private equity fund.<br /> The relative, also surnamed Cho, is at the center of allegations. <br />He was arrested at Incheon International Airport last Saturday on embezzlement and other related charges after spending around a month overseas. <br />He's believed to be the de-facto owner of Co-Link Private Equity.<br />Cho Kuk's family, including his wife and children, invested a combined one-point-two million U.S. dollars into the fund. <br />
