South Korea has started the issuance of a new type of driver's license in the English language.<br />It is valid for use in 33 countries including the UK, Australia, Singapore and some parts of Canada.<br />According to South Korea's National Police Agency, local drivers can apply for the new license for about nine U.S. dollars... at a local police station or a test center.<br />However, travelers should keep in mind, the terms of use differ for each country.<br />
