Rare double waterspout spotted swirling off Vietnam coast

Two waterspouts were spotted swirling simultaneously off the coast of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam on August 22.<br /><br />According to the filmer, Mr Tuan Anh, he was on his way to work when he discovered a rare sight on the beach.
