Iran's supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei... says no negotiations will take place between Iran and the U.S. officials "at any level."<br />According to Iranian state TV on Tuesday,... Khamenei said Washington's 'maximum pressure' policy against Tehran is worthless and that all officials of the Islamic Republic share his view.<br />But the Supreme Leader added that if Washington changes its behavior and returns to the 2015 nuclear deal,... the U.S. then could join multilateral discussions.<br />There's been speculation that President Trump might meet his Iranian counterpart President Hassan Rouhani during the upcoming U.N. General Assembly in New York, but Trump's giving no indication that'll happen.<br />"Well, I have no meeting scheduled. I know they want to meet. I know they're not doing well as a country. Iran has got a lot of problems right now."<br />Tensions have risen since last weekend's drone strikes on Saudi Arabia's oil facilities.<br />Iran says the attacks were launched from Yemen, but the U.S. and Saudi Arabia have blamed the attacks on Iran.<br />"Initial investigation indicates that the weapons used in the attack are Iranian.... The drones did not, like what the Houthis claimed, take off from Yemen. The Houthis is merely a tool in the hands of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, it is what they use to realize their goal and agenda in the region."<br />Last Saturday's drone strikes resulted in a temporary shutdown of the oil plants,... causing a spike in global oil prices.<br />Kan Hyeong-woo, Arirang News.<br />
