CCTV footage captured the moment a thief stole a phone from a disabled man on a road in Padang, Indonesia.<br /><br />The video, filmed on September 18, shows two men on a moped pulling up behind the wheelchair user before one of the thieves rips the phone from the victim's grasp.<br /><br />The case is currently being investigated by Padang City Police.
