Go ahead, get your comfort on.<br /><br /><br /> You'll Need:<br /><br /> — 17 oz. cornbread mix & what it requires (Jessica used Jiffy.)<br /><br />  <br /><br /> — 2 cups shredded low moisture mozzarella <br /><br />  <br /><br /> — 15 oz. can of whole kernel corn, drained<br /><br />  <br /><br /> — Cubes of low moisture mozzarella <br /><br />  <br /><br /> Instructions:<br /><br /> 1. Prepare cornbread mix according to instructions.<br /><br />  <br /><br /> 2. Stir shredded cheese and whole kernel corn into cornbread batter.<br /><br />  <br /><br /> 3. Heat oil to 350 degrees.<br /><br />  <br /><br /> 4. Fill a trigger ice cream scoop halfway with mixture. Press in a cube of cheese and top with more mixture.<br /><br />  <br /><br /> 5.
