For the first time, an international organ competition will be held in South Korea. <br /> The Lotte Foundation for Arts and the Korean Association of Organists said Wednesday that they will co-host the global scale organ competition,… to promote the status of Korean classical music at home and abroad.<br /> The first edition is slated to take place next September and is open to all nationalities. <br />Online registration opens on October 10th and runs through April 30th 2020. <br />The winner will receive 8-thousand U.S. dollars and the chance to perform at the Lotte Concert Hall for two years. <br />
