South Korea's unification ministry, in charge of inter-Korean affairs, is holding a special event to celebrate the one-year anniversary of the Pyeongyang Joint Declaration signed by the leaders of the two Koreas. <br /> The event kicked off at the top of the hour at the Office of Inter-Korean Dialogue in northern Seoul.<br />Over 100 people, including senior government officials, are in attendance. <br />The ministry hopes the event will be an opportunity to highlight the importance of peace, harmony and prosperity. <br />Unification Minister Kim Yeon-chul is also scheduled to hold a dialogue with citizens in downtown Seoul to explain the government's North Korea policies. <br />
