Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad announced that the Federal Government will impose conditions which will limit direct tenders to only exceptional cases.<br /><br />He said government agencies must give an explanation why is there direct negotiation and must get an approval first from the Finance Ministry.<br /><br />He said this after chairing the 10th Special Cabinet Committee on Anti-Corruption (JKKMAR) on Thursday.
