South Korea and Japan's top diplomats for Asian affairs will meet in Tokyo on Friday to discuss a possible meeting between the two countries' foreign ministers.<br />Kim Jung-han, director-general for Asian and Pacific Affairs will have talks with his counterpart Shigeki Takizaki for the first time since Takizaki took up his post earlier this month.<br />The pair are expected to discuss the possible meeting between Foreign Minister Kang Kyung-wha and her new Japanese counterpart Toshimitsu Motegi at the UN General Assembly next week.<br />
