Tropical Storm Imelda Poses <br />'Life-Threatening' Danger in Texas .<br />According to CBS, areas near <br />Houston that were previously struck by <br />Hurricane Harvey are being affected again.<br />The August 2017 hurricane <br />dumped over four feet of water around the city.<br />It ended up causing over <br />$125 billion worth of damage.<br />In Imelda's case, road closures and hospital evacuations have been reported in areas east of Houston.<br />The National Weather Service has issued "life-threatening rainfall" warnings <br />to several counties.<br />The police department in the city <br />of Beaumont says it has made <br />hundreds of flooding rescues.<br />CBS adds that nearly three feet of rain from Imelda could affect <br />parts of the state.<br />It's bad.
