Japan has agreed to discuss Korea's complaint filed at the WTO over Tokyo's export curbs against Seoul.<br />The complaint was handed in nine days ago.<br />Now they have 60 days to reach an agreement.<br />If they don't, Seoul can then request a WTO panel ruling.<br />South Korea claims Japan's export curbs are politically motivated and discriminatory, while Japan says they're only meant to properly manage its exports.<br />Analysts say it's unlikely they'll overcome their differences and that a WTO panel ruling cannot be avoided.<br />
