Protestors carried signs with messages <br />such as “Dead Planet Soon. Though China's greenhouse <br />gas emissions top every other country <br />in the world, the government <br />did not authorize protests. On Monday, the United Nations <br />will host speeches by world leaders <br />concerning climate change. Protests <br />are planned for that day as well. According to reports, the <br />goals of the Paris Climate Accord <br />continue to be far out of reach.
