정부 "일본, 'WTO 제소' 양자협의 응하기로"<br /><br />Japan agreed to discuss South Korea's complaint filed to the WTO regarding Tokyo's export curbs against Seoul.<br />The complaint was submitted nine days ago... and the two sides have 60 days to reach an agreement.<br />If they don't, Seoul can then request a WTO panel ruling.<br />South Korea claims Japan's export curbs are politically motivated and discriminatory,... while Tokyo says they are aimed at strengthening its export controls.<br />Analysts believe it's unlikely they'll overcome their differences and that a WTO panel ruling may be inevitable. <br />
