In strange incident, a man accused of allegedly raping his 14 year old niece at Kathiatoli in Nagaon garlanded with shoes and paraded him on the road on Saturday. <br /><br />The accused was identified as Babla Nayak was severely thrashed by the public and was handed over to police later.
