South Korea has been issuing one-time passports at Incheon International Airport for people who've forgotten to bring theirs.<br />And they're much cheaper than the normal ones.<br />But the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said Sunday that from next year, the temporary passports will cost the same -- at about forty-five U.S. dollars.<br />The ministry said too many people have been taking advantage of the price gap.<br />
