Talks between South Korea and the U.S. on defense cost-sharing for next year... is set to begin from tomorrow... and will be held for 2 days in Seoul.<br />South Korea's foreign ministry says Chang Won-sam, the lead negotiator in the previous talks, will be heading the meeting until his successor is named.<br />It is widely speculated the former deputy chief of the Financial Services Commission Chung Eun-bo will be next point man.<br />James DeHart,... from the state department will be representing Washington.<br />It's reported that Washington asked Seoul to pay more... for the annual cost of 50 billion U.S. dollars... required to keep American troops on the Peninsula.<br />Seoul is currently paying some 860 million U.S. dollars.<br />
