Assam police under the supervision of DIG (eastern range) V Siva Prasad Ganjala, submitted a 602-page charge sheet before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jorhat court in connection to mob lynching incident of Dr Deben Dutta, Medical officer of Teok Tea Estate on August 31, 2019.<br /><br />Assam police charge sheeted around 32 people and quoted 60 eye witnesses.
