South Korea has not yet been invited by Japan to its naval fleet review next month.<br />In a text message to the press, Seoul's defense ministry said it will consider attending if it's invited, but so far it hasn't been.<br />Japan holds a fleet review every three or four years and invites its neighbors and allies.<br />Seoul sent ships to the last one four years ago.<br />At the review in October, the U.S., the UK and China will be taking part.<br />The Japanese daily Yomiuri Shimbun reported today, citing Japanese government officials, that Tokyo officially decided not to invite Seoul to the event because of their radar dispute late last year.<br />
