Teddy Thompson sees himself as being more at the singer-songwriter end of the scale than the ‘boy-band production thing’. He takes an independent approach to being an artist, ‘I don’t think you should ever expect somebody to turn you into something fully formed. That’s not really going to work. I think you’ve gotta start out being happy with what you’ve done yourself.’
