New Motor Vehicles Act has created a panic among drivers/ riders on heavy traffic roads in the Guwahati City. <br /><br />As per police reports, around Rs 1 lakh was collected by the city traffic police in the morning hours on Wednesday for violating traffic rules in tune with the amended of the Central Motor Vehicles Act 2019. <br /><br />Notably, the violators have to pay their fines within next three days to avoid further legal action from the court.<br />
