The Tea Labourers on Wednesday gheraoed Charaideo Tea Estate head office demanding 20% bonus ahead of Durga Puja celebrations next month.<br /><br />Notably, the announcement of a 12% bonus ahead of the Durga Puja Celebration and 4% bonus prior to Diwali/Kali Puja by the tea garden management had led to an uproar in the tea estate. <br /><br />Meanwhile, police personnel and CRPF jawans have been deployed in the area to bring down the situation under control.<br />
