The UK Supreme Court has ruled that Prime Minister Boris Johnson's suspension of parliament in the run-up to Brexit was unlawful.<br />Johnson, who is flying back early from a UN summit in New York, said he strongly disagrees with the ruling, but would respect it.<br />The PM is also rejecting opposition calls for his resignation.<br />MPs are expected to return to parliament on Wednesday, local time.<br />
