A grandmother from Liverpool struggles to get to grips with Amazon's smart speaker device.<br /><br />Jessie McMullen, 89, continuously asks the speaker questions without saying "Alexa" beforehand, seeing no response from the device.<br /><br />The filmer said: "The family got her an amazon Alexa for the house, we decided to video her because she was getting confused and it was hilarious. <br /><br />"The video has got over 300,000 views on Facebook."<br /><br />This footage was filmed on September 8.
