Impossible Burger Added <br />to More Grocery Stores .<br />On the east coast, the item <br />will premiere this week in <br />100 Wegmans grocery stores.<br />With this new addition, the plant-based burger can now be found in 129 U.S. stores.<br />Earlier this month, it was announced that <br />27 of Gelson’s Markets would carry <br />it on the west coast.<br />17,000 restaurants throughout America <br />also have the Impossible burger.<br />By the middle of next year, Impossible <br />is aiming to have its burger be available <br />in stores across all regions.<br />Compared to its main rival, Beyond, Impossible Foods still has work to <br />do in the grocery department.<br />Beyond's burgers can currently be found <br />in over half a dozen chains, including <br />Whole Foods, Kroger and Safeway
