Seoul is hosting its annual 'welcome week' for foreign tourists.<br />Starting Friday,... the capital is offering discounts from about 190 partner companies that include dining, shopping, accommodation, exhibitions, performances and reservation services.<br />To find out more, foreign tourists should visit seoulwelcomeweek-dot-com.<br />You can also download a hard copy of what's called 'Seoul Welcome Week Online Card' to get discounts both online and offline.<br />The event runs through next Sunday.<br />
