President Moon Jae-in held a summit today with the prime minister of Bulgaria,... Boyko Borissov.<br />They agreed to boost their bilateral partnerships in the fields of nuclear energy and ICT.<br />"Our two countries have the potential to greatly boost practical cooperation in the fields of trade, investment, energy and arms production. I hope we can realize that potential together."<br />President Moon noted that Bulgaria wants to introduce nuclear reactors and upgrade its weapons systems, saying South Korea, with its expertise, would be the "optimal" partner.<br />Prime Minister Borissov reaffirmed his support for the peace process on the Korean Peninsula.<br />
