This was the shocking moment a driver on an Atlanta highway attempted to pass an emergency vehicle that was attending to victims of a car crash on Tuesday (September 24).<br /><br />Footage shows the emergency vehicle arrives at the scene with a sign stating "ALL LANES CLOSED".<br /><br />Despite obvious warnings, one car can be seen ignoring the sign and passes the vehicle resulting in the first responder ordering the driver to reverse back.
