北유엔대표부 "美 아무것도 않고 말로만…대담한 결단하라"<br /><br />A North Korean diplomat has called on the United States to take bold action to abide by the joint declaration signed at last year's Singapore Summit.<br />The North's counsellor to the United Nations,... Ri Ki-ho give a keynote speech on Saturday at the Global Peace Forum on Korea at Columbia University in New York.<br />Ri said progress on dialogue between the two sides depends on Washington's actions,... which he said should be "bold" and "sincere".<br />He added that Pyeongyang has already shown its willingness to fulfill the joint statement... by stopping its nuclear tests,... shutting down the Punggye-ri nuclear site and returning the remains of U.S. soldiers. <br />
