김성 北유엔대사, 북미 실무협상 질문에 "시점 낙관"<br /><br />North Korea's ambassador to the UN has expressed optimism about restarting talks with the U.S. on denuclearization.<br />Kim Song said Saturday in New York that he feels "positive" about the resumption of dialogue,... as well as the timing of a possible meeting between the leaders.<br />He added, however,... that he couldn't say just yet whether Kim Jong-un and Donald Trump would be meeting.<br />As for working-level talks, Seoul's foreign minister Kang Kyung-wha told reporters Saturday that they might start within a few weeks' time. <br />
