Ruby Rose Underwent Emergency<br />Surgery for Spinal Injury.<br />Ruby Rose recently posted a video to<br />Instagram showing the emergency back<br />surgery she had to undergo earlier this year. .<br />The 33-year-old actress revealed that<br />she herniated two discs doing intense stunt<br />work and was at risk of being paralyzed. .<br />[The herniated discs] were close to severing<br />my spinal chord. I was in chronic pain and<br />yet couldn’t feel my arms.., Ruby Rose, via Instagram.<br />She reportedly chose to reveal her injury to fans after they<br />started inquiring about the “pez dispenser scar” on her neck.<br />The stunt work that caused her injury was not being<br />performed for her latest show, ’Batwoman,’ but rather<br />occurred sometime in the past decade. .<br />She previously revealed in January 2018 that she<br />had undergone back surgery for a “spine issue.”.<br />I am now recovering from a back procedure, but<br />I do need to stay active, so before I get seen with<br />my cane and wheel chair in public, I’d rather put<br />it out there that I’m fine and going to be fine, Ruby Rose, via Twitter (2018)
