Pyeongyang and Washington will resume nuclear negotiations this week.<br />The regime's Vice Foreign Minister Choe Son-hui... issued a statement... saying the two sides will hold working-level talks this Saturday... following a preliminary contact on Friday.<br />She said the North is ready for the talks... and expects some positive developments.<br />Seoul's Presidential Office welcomed the announcement and expressed hopes some practical progress is made soon... in achieving complete denuclearization and lasting peace on the Peninsula.<br />
