First Cannabis Cafe Opens <br />in the United States ‘Lowell Farms: A Cannabis Cafe’ <br />opened Tuesday in Los Angeles. The new West Hollywood restaurant <br />will offer cuisine that complements <br />the effects of THC, but will not be infused <br />with cannabis due to current legislation. Visitors will be able to sit in both <br />smoking and non-smoking sections, <br />where they can enjoy bongs, pipes or edibles.
