Staying with that launch,... the National Security Council is weighing up the possibility that North Korea's launch this morning might have been a test firing of submarine-launched ballistic missiles.<br />During an emergency meeting this morning the standing committee voiced grave concerns over the North's launching of projectiles at a time when Pyeongyang and Washington are preparing for working-level talks.<br />It also agreed to continue close consultations with the U.S. to analyze the details of the projectiles as well as the North's intentions.<br />The NSC also expressed its willingness to continue its diplomatic efforts with the U.S. and the international community for the Korean peace process<br />
