Prime Minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad said de facto unity minsiter P Waythamoorthy still has a job for now. <br /><br />Previously, Dr Mahathir reportedly said that Waythamoorthy's future in the cabinet would be determined following the outcome of the inquest into firefighter Muhammad Adib Mohd Kassim's death. <br /><br />Waythamoorthy was accused of having flamed tensions, when he and three other ministers chastised police for their initial remarks blaming fighting at the temple to two Indian groups.<br /><br />A social media campaign calling for Waythamoorthy to resign gained over 300,000 signatures at the time.
