The 18-year-old Hong Kong student who was shot in the chest by police during a clash with anti-government protesters on Tuesday has been charged with rioting and assaulting police.<br /><br />Tsang Chi-kin, however, was not expected to appear in the Sha Tin Court on Thursday to face the charges.
