Occurred on September 26, 2019 / Racine, Wisconsin, USA<br /><br />Info from Licensor: "I was on my way to do a job when the tire came off so i pulled over got out my phone and recorded the missing tire when all of the sudden I saw the tire on the other side of the road!"
