Uber's NYC Helicopter Service Is Now Available to All Customers Uber Copter, which launched in July, was previously just available for Platinum and Diamond members. Including two pilots, the helicopters can fit up to eight people. The service can get you <br />from downtown Manhattan <br />to JFK Airport in under 10 minutes. According to 'Bloomberg,' it will cost you up to $225 for a one-way trip. Uber Elevate's Eric Allison, via 'Bloomberg' Users get up to five days <br />in advance to book <br />a helicopter trip. Just like with cars, prices <br />can change depending on <br />how busy Uber Copter is. Besides the helicopter, Uber <br />will also provide a car to <br />the lift-off location. After getting to JFK, another Uber car will then take you to your terminal. All of these services are provided <br />with just one request on the app. Uber is looking to soon launch helicopters in a few other major cities, including L.A. and Melbourne.
