A special task force on the Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) has found that young Malaysians are eager to learn the language of others in the country. <br /><br />UEC Policy Team chairman Eddin Khoo said that on Friday, <br />adding that the report will be submitted to the government at the end of this month.<br /><br />Khoo also said Malaysians were concerned about the inconsistencies in the national education system.
