Feds Issue Warning Bulletin <br />as 'Joker' Hits Opening Weekend The warning issued to law <br />enforcement originated with the <br />Department of Homeland Security (DHS)<br />and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). The community holds the belief <br />that sexual attention has been <br />denied to them due to political <br />and social movements. According to the FBI, incels have <br />been responsible for 27 killings in <br />the U.S. and Canada since 2014. Some theaters have banned <br />costumes at showings of 'Joker.' Undercover officers will also <br />be deployed in various cities. 'Joker' has opened to mixed reviews. <br />It's currently playing in theaters nationwide.
