Rain that started in the west is spreading nationwide and most regions will have a rainy Monday.<br />Seoul and its surrounding regions as well as the Chungcheongnam-do and Jeolla-do Provinces are seeing 40 millimeters of rain. The rest of the country will see between 5 to 20 millimeters. The further east you are, the drier your day will be. Showers are forecast to let up by the evening.<br />Rain has brought chillier air to the country. Morning lows are kicking off similar to yesterday.
