South Korea's top nuclear envoy is on his way to Washington to hear from his U.S. counterpart details of the failed working-level talks between North Korea and the U.S.<br />Seoul's foreign ministry said Lee Do-hoon will meet Stephen Biegun during a four-day visit.<br />They're to coordinate their positions and strategies on North Korea's denuclearization and building peace in the region.<br />Lee will also meet his Japanese counterpart, Shigeki Takizaki, as well as hold a trilateral meeting with the envoys.<br />
