Hundreds of protesters from the so-called 'Extinction Rebellion',... a climate change activist group,... took to the streets of London on Monday for a planned two-week protest <br /> According to the Guardian,... they urged the UK government to take immediate actions to tackle climate change.<br />Westminster Bridge, Lambeth Bridge, Trafalgar Square, Smithfield market as well as several roads in Westminster were blocked by the activists.<br />Over 270 arrests had been made by Monday evening. <br />The group also held an eleven-day demonstration in London in April,... which was followed by July protests in five cities, including London and Bristol. <br />
